Conversation: First, we speak with the Property/Facilities Manager or HR. The decision maker has a firm grasp on what changes they want to see and why. They are the people that others go to with their complaints.

Combination: Next, we combine the requests we get from the onsite manager with products we know sell well. This is how we come up with the initial assortment. Additionally, we include a variety locally produced snacks and beverages.

Collection: We collect data on what items are most popular. In some cases, we create additional space for fast selling items. Additionally, we ask for feedback; while onsite and every moment in between visits with a Google Form. Each client has a unique Google Form which helps us identify what products will be appreciated most by location.

Modification: As we get a good feel for what our clients are looking for, we lean into those options and stock accordingly.

Special Occasions: As a way of keeping things interesting, we try to incorporate seasonal and traditional holiday treats.
